Une application client complète — sans App Store requis
The CSM Customer Portal is a Progressive Web App (PWA) your customers install on their phone like a native app — straight from their browser, no App Store, no Play Store, no download. Once installed it lives on their home screen, opens full-screen, and delivers push notifications the moment your shop sends a message. They reply right from the app. Your team sees the reply in the Repair Order instantly.
- Installs to the home screen on Android and iPhone — no App Store required
- Push notifications alert customers the moment the shop sends an update
- Two-way messaging — customer replies land directly in the Repair Order thread
- Dedicated inbox lists every message thread across all their vehicles and shops
- Live repair status on the current job — no phone calls needed
- Full invoice history with itemized labor and parts for every RO
- Outstanding and paid invoices in one view — with a running balance
- Upcoming appointments shown on the dashboard
- Scan a VIN barcode with the phone camera to add a vehicle instantly
- View completed Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) reports with color-coded ratings
- Works across every shop the customer visits — one login covers them all
Messagerie sans plateforme tierce
When your advisor sends a message from the Repair Order's Emails tab, the customer gets an email and — if they have the app installed — a push notification on their phone. They open the message, read the full thread, and reply with a single tap. Their reply appears in the RO's Emails tab on the shop side immediately. No Twilio, no WhatsApp business fees, no subscription.
Installation sur Android et iPhone
Android (Chrome) : Chrome shows an automatic install banner after the first visit. Customers can also tap the three-dot menu → Add to Home Screen at any time.
iPhone / iPad (Safari) : Open the portal in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. Push notifications require iOS 16.4 or later and the app must be installed to the home screen first.
