What you can do with My Shop
My Shop is free for drivers. No subscription, no setup — just download and go.
Find Auto Shops
Search for trusted repair shops near you, browse profiles, and see what services each shop offers.
Shop Profiles
Every shop has a profile page — see their specialties, photos, hours, and contact info in one place.
Stay in Touch
Reach your shop directly through the app — send messages, request appointments, skip the phone tag.
Stay Informed
Get notified about your appointment status, special offers, and updates from shops you follow.
You both get more.
My Shop connects to CSM Pro — the shop management platform built for auto repair. When your shop is on CSM Pro, you unlock features that bring you closer to the work being done on your car.
Ask your shop whether they use CSM Pro — they get a free trial.
Service History
See the complete digital record of every repair and service your shop has performed on your vehicle.
Digital Approvals
Review and approve repair work from your phone — before a wrench turns.
Live Job Status
Follow your car through the repair process in real time, from check-in to ready for pickup.
My Shop comes with CSM Pro.
When you run your shop on CSM Pro, your customers get My Shop automatically. The better your CSM Pro setup, the more powerful the experience you create for your drivers.
