These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Complete Shop Manager platform and services ("Service") provided by Complete Shop Manager LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service is also subject to our End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with thirty (30) days' notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any pricing changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complete Shop Manager LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. See our EULA for full details.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
