您所需的一切,集中在一处。

Complete Shop Manager is one connected system for the whole shop — built on a genuinely shared view of customers and vehicles, with the role-aware workflows, real inventory and parts quoting, flexible payments, and a customer portal that most shop software either fakes or skips. It's fast, it's clean on any screen, and it protects your data and your customers' privacy without you having to think about it.

由真正检修过发动机盖的人构建

The Complete Shop Manager team came up in automotive — not in training rooms, in real bays with real flag sheets and real service advisors whose heads appeared over the toolbox when a job ran long. We know what a busy flat-rate day feels like.

When we moved into software development, we didn't leave any of that behind. The gap we kept running into: shop management software is written by people who understand software, not shops. The workflows are built around what's easy to program, not what's easy to do at 2 PM on a Tuesday with four cars in the air and a customer at the counter.

Complete Shop Manager was built from the floor out. The technician's view is first-class. The concern catalog exists because "customer states noise when braking" and "replace rear brake pads" are two different things that too many systems conflate. The per-line customer approval history exists because advisors and customers disagree about what was authorized, and "it was in the notes" is not good enough.

If you've spent time on the floor, you'll recognize what this software is doing and why it's built that way. If you own the shop and never turned a wrench yourself, you'll hear it from your technicians — they'll stop complaining about the software.
