Dashboards
Three Dashboards
CSM has three dashboards, each giving a different view of what is happening in your shop. All dashboards are read-only — they pull data from Repair Orders, appointments, and employee records automatically.
Shop Dashboard
The main landing page for any shop login. It shows the big picture of your whole operation.
Revenue by Month
Pre-tax labor and parts revenue for the last 12 months, from completed Repair Orders. Shown as a stacked bar chart.
Repair Orders by Month
Jobs opened vs. jobs completed over the last 12 months — useful for spotting backlog buildup or completion slowdowns.
Open Work by Stage
A live count of every open Repair Order broken down by Advisor Stage — New, Estimate Sent, Approved, In Progress, Ready for Pickup, Picked Up. Tells you at a glance where work is bottlenecking.
Billed Hours by Technician
Flat-rate hours billed by each technician this calendar month, for completed labor lines.
Headline Tiles
Three numbers above the charts: Outstanding A/R (total balance due across all open ROs), Completed This Month, and Average RO Value over the trailing 12 months.
Technician Dashboard
A personal view for each technician, showing only their own work. Available to any login linked to an Employee with a technician role.
Flag Hours
Flat-rate hours credited this week, month, and year. For hourly-paid employees, these tiles show clocked hours instead.
My Open Jobs
Every labor line assigned to this technician that is not yet marked Done, with a direct link into each Repair Order.
Parts Status on My Jobs
Every parts line still outstanding across all of this technician’s active jobs — so they know what is still on order without opening each RO individually.
Service Advisor Dashboard
A personal view for each service advisor, showing their own book of work. Charts show revenue, open work by stage, and jobs opened vs. completed — all scoped to their assigned ROs. A stage filter narrows the RO list, with a “set as my default” option so the advisor does not have to re-apply it each visit.
