Reports

Running a Report

Go to Reports in the sidebar. Select a report from the dropdown and set any filters (date range, employee, customer, or vehicle). Click Run Report to see the results as a table on screen. Every report result can also be downloaded as a CSV file — the download link appears above the results when there are rows to export.

Available Reports

Service Sales Report

Labor (service) revenue per Service Advisor for a date range. Shows RO count, labor lines, hours, and total sales — split into completed and pipeline (still open) columns.

Parts Sales Report

Parts revenue per Service Advisor for a date range, with completed vs. pipeline split.

Shop Sales Report

Combined labor and parts revenue per Service Advisor. The most common high-level sales summary.

Flag Hours

Flat-rate (flag) hours credited per technician. Uses the Tech Pay Hours value when set on a line, otherwise the billed hours.

Flag Hours by Stage

The same flat-rate hours broken down by the tech stage of each labor line (Not Started, In Progress, Waiting on Parts, Done).

Tracked Time

Actual clocked hours per employee from the Time Tracking log, for a date range. For hourly-paid employees, also shows their estimated pay based on their hourly rate.

Attendance Hours

Shift-level worked hours per employee from the Attendance punch clock, net of recorded breaks. This is the payroll number — separate from job-level Time Tracking and billed hours.

Inventory Items Sold

Units and revenue sold per inventory item for a date range, with estimated cost and margin.

Stock Inventory

Live on-hand, allocated, and available quantity and value for every stock-tracked item. Items at or below their reorder threshold sort to the top.

Inventory On Order

Every part on an active procurement order that has been placed with a vendor but not yet received. Sorted by expected delivery.

Per-Report Access Control

The owner can control exactly which reports each role can see and whether they can download the CSV. Go to Reports → Report Access to set this per role. By default, every role with Reports access can see all reports. Narrowing a role to specific reports requires Reports edit access to configure.
